Kasper Is a chrome based application. This means you will log into Kasper via your google chrome browser. To log into your Kasper account, you will use a subdomain unique to your office. For example, UniqueSubdomain.meetkasper.com is the general format that is used to set up an accounts login portal. Once you type this in your chrome browser, you will be prompted to type in the login information associated with your Kasper account.
Yes. Although you will be able to log into your account with different internet browsers, Kasper works best on google chrome browser. Using a different browser will impact how efficient Kasper features run.

During our onboarding process you will be taught how to use Kasper on our Training calls. The onboarding specialist assigned to your office will conduct this training and make sure your team becomes masters at using Kasper!
The standard pricing for Kasper is $499 per month.
Once you’ve been assigned an onboarding specialist, you can have Kasper up and running in your practice in 2-3 weeks. However, it’s important to note the phone porting process can add to the overall time it takes to onboard your office.
The phone port process does not impact your office’s ability to use Kasper. While your phone number is being ported you will be able to use all of Kaspers communication features via a temporary number provided to your office.
Out with the old, in with the new: Once you’ve completed your Kasper onboarding, you may cancel your additional add-on services. However, it’s important to note that following a successful phone port, you must keep your numbers in service with your current provider for at least 10 days.
You will be assigned an onboarding specialist who will be your point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
Although Kasper can be accessed through any internet browser, Kasper works best on a Google Chrome browser.
