Our Story
Shortly after becoming a practice owner, Dr. Osman realized that great dentistry alone was not the key to success, and most certainly not scalable. After researching and implementing many companies labeled as a solution, it became very clear there were existing problems not being addressed.
Between scheduling, scanning, preparing forms, and spending hours on the phone with patients and insurance providers, dental practices quickly turn chaotic. Dental clinicians often have to run just to keep up, and between all the back and forth, they don’t have time to think about how to increase their bottom line, or attempt ways to do so.
Even after adding paperless solutions and patient engagement tools, carrying hefty monthly subscription fees, a comprehensive solution and tool to help become more productive, thus more profitable, didn’t exist. Burdensome dental school student loans, startup practice expenses, costly subscription fees for “solutions”, and learning to manage a business in real-time inspired a single question:
What if there was a solution that took care of patient engagement, served as a productivity platform that cut down on the time-intensive labor of running a dental practice, and showed dentists how to increase their bottom line at the same time?
With that question, Kasper was born.
